Privacy Notice

We collect only what we need to answer your enquiry and run this website. This notice explains what that is, where it goes, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

  • Enquiry details you submit: name, company, email address, budget range, and your project brief.
  • Messages you send us on WhatsApp, including your phone number.
  • Anonymous usage data: pages viewed, referring site, device type, and which contact button you clicked.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and deliver the work you ask for.
  • To see which parts of the site help visitors, so we can improve them. We do not build advertising profiles and we never sell data.

Who else is involved

  • Web3Forms delivers contact-form submissions to our inbox.
  • hCaptcha checks submissions for bots.
  • Vercel hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) carries the conversations you start with us.
  • OpenRouter routes the chat assistant's messages to a language-model provider. Providers that store or train on prompts are excluded.

The AI assistant

  • The chat assistant sends your message to OpenRouter, which routes it to a language-model provider. We do not store the conversation; it stays in your browser for as long as the page is open.
  • The assistant only answers about our services, pricing and process. Please do not send identity card numbers, bank details or anything confidential through it.
  • If you would rather talk to a person, message us on WhatsApp — a human replies within one business day.

Cookies and local storage

  • The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It stores your theme preference, your language choice, and a per-session flag so the “before you go” prompt appears only once.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiries are kept while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards for reference. Ask us and we will delete yours sooner.

Your rights under the PDPA

  • Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will act on it.
